Hi, I’m MARIANA.
I’m an architect & interior designer born and raised in Tijuana, México. I’ve developed the majority of my professional career on both sides of the TJ-San Diego border since 2007. With the exception of two wonderfully educating years in Juneau, Alaska.
I am heavily influenced by my travels and I love learning from my clients, the contractors, designers, architects and artisans that I work with. My approach to design is driven by the user, their priorities and the way they’d like to function in their environment.
My Approach
It all begins with the initial consultation in which we discuss your needs and the possibilities of the space. This can be a phone call, a video call, or an in-person consultation.
Design
Our services include take-offs, mood boards, renderings, shopping lists, built-in detailed drawings and bid documents. We create the package you need for the specific approach you want to take with the project.
Build
We offer Construction supervision services to ensure every detail is done to our design’s standards & specifications. We rely on experienced contractors with whom we’ve successfully worked with in previous projects.
